Lotus has adopted Vision80, a bold and ambitious plan for the next 10 years which will redefine almost every aspect of the business and this role is a great opportunity to be instrumental in this change. The Strategic Partnership Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships among other OEMs and businesses, whilst developing strategies to increase efficiencies, bring in revenue streams and new technologies into the business.  Key duties for position: * Identify opportunities for new partnerships * Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships * Analyse and report on partner initiatives and forecast potential strategic changes * Develop and execute plans for strategic growth * Setting up legal MOUs, agreements and contracts, working closely with all key stakeholders * Attend workshops and events to build professional networks  * Conducting market research on new and emerging businesses  * Negotiating contracts with strategic partners; and attend meetings to serve as a representatives of the business Essential Criteria * Automotive or Commerical Degree,  or equivalent exceptional experience * Demonstrated leadership experience. * Strong commercial understanding. Ability to develop external partnerships. * Ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously. * Excellent organisational skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment  * Must have had dealings with other large organisations, understanding the initial setup process to a partnership * Good leadership skills and a strong influencer Impeccable inter-personal and communications skills, being able to interact at any level Role is UK based, global travel will be required to fulfill the role
