Position:                Service Controller Location:               Hyde Hours:                    Monday to Friday Days + 1 in 2 Sat am Pay:                        £30K - £35K Contract:               Permanent Benefits:              All overtime paid at 1.5X Details of the Service Controller opportunity My client, a multi-site HGV fleet maintenance company with several depots across the North West is looking to recruit an experienced Service Controller in Hyde. You will assist the Depot Manager to manage the workshop to ensure a profitable & efficient site that meets or exceeds customer expectations and targets. Service Controller Duties   The service controller will be based in the depot to assist the depot Manager with all admin and technical areas of a very busy depot. Create and maintain jobs on the system in a timely fashion. Ordering parts for the HGV’s and Trailers Ensure the system is updated with the correct details, hours and parts are ordered and PO's raised. Obtain start up order numbers, raise PO's as required, ensure all job details are correct. Assist with scheduling of servicing and keep all records up to date. Update customers on the progress of jobs and obtain authorisation where required. General office admin duties as required by the Depot Manager  Service Controller experience required    The successful service controller will need to have excellent time management skills and a good understanding of Excel and Outlook.
