The Job: Automotive Service Advisor As an automotive Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also can give the best advice on our products and services to customers. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need a working experience within a Service Advisor role The ability to upsell on service work and service plans Customer Focused and an excellent communicator Familiarity with using Pinnacle would be an advantage Update Customers and Vehicle Records Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the Service Advisor role requires Experience: Service Advisor Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.
