Service Advisor Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within Motor Industry. We are currently searching for a Service Advisor. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary. The main responsibilities for the Service Advisor are as follows: * Booking in MOTs, Services and other repair work * Providing customers with updates on work being carried out whilst vehicle is in service workshop * Liaising face to face and via telephone with customers ensuring first class customer journey and experience * Upselling additional parts, services and accessories to benefit customer * Advising on warranty cover and process * Keep accurate and up to date records on in house system To be a successful candidate for the Service Advisor role you must: * Have a passion for customer service * Have excellent communication skills * Be able to build rapport with customers * Previous experience within the motor industry, preferably within a dealership environment * Previous experience of Kerridge system or other similar dealership systems is a distinct advantage Salary and Benefits: * £30k – £32k Basic plus bonus * Bonus scheme – OTE £36k - £38k * Enhanced holidays * Car schemes * Critical illness cover * Life assurance * Pension scheme If you feel you have the right skill set, knowledge and experience and are looking for a new and rewarding challenge then please apply for the Service Advisor role now
