Duties and responsibilities - Service Advisor Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Schedule appointments and manage the booking system to ensure efficient use of service department resources. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services provided, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Handle any customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical specifications to provide accurate information to customers. Competencies, knowledge and experience required: Proven experience as an Automotive Customer Service Advisor in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Knowledge of automotive products, services, and maintenance procedures.
