A Quality Engineer is required to join a recognised manufacturing company in the Aerospace industry, who supply a wide range of their components to some of the most recognised Aerospace names globally. Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer Work closely with the Manufacturing function to conduct problem solving activities and implement corrective actions. Support quality improvement across cross functional teams and departments Complete calibration of all inspection and process instruments Conduct root cause analysis, SPC and other appropriate quality tools and techniques to ensure that the manufacturing processes meet customer requirements Support continuous improvement within the organisation Liaise with the manufacturing function to provide support for problem resolution as required Requirements of the Quality Engineer Previous experience as Quality Engineer Internal Auditor for AS9100 Experience working in a machine shop, or with machined parts and processes Proficient in problem solving techniques and root cause analysis In return as the Quality Engineer, you will receive the following salary and benefits Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum 25 Days Holiday + Stats Company Contributory Pension Scheme Death in Service X 3 Perkbox Voucher scheme Further training and support
