Senior Electronics Engineer (ACDC Charger) BRIEF OVERVIEW - Role: Senior Electronics Engineer (ACDC Charger) - Location: Norfolk - Role type: Permanent - Salary: £60,000-£65,000 DOE Recruit 12 has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electronics Engineer with a business which has been charging forward and won big, long-term projects, so are looking to expand in various departments. You'll be an important member of the team and work on electronics requirements across various market sectors related to green energy. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work for a rapidly growing business which has lots of long-term potential and progression opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES - Design electronics such as high power converters - Liaise with firmware teams to ensure coding standards are adhered to - Design AC/DC converters/chargers - Work across the full electronics engineering lifecycle - Take part in feasibility studies - Be involved in test plans, reports, V&V - Support with tests according to test plans and internal strategies when required REQUIRED SKILLS - Experience with converters/inverters/chargers or similar - Simulation experience (such as Matlab, Simulink, Simetrix, LTSpice, etc) - Electronics CAD software - Good understanding of various topologies - EMC compliance DESIRABLE (NOT ESSENTIAL) - Altium experience - Experience with 3-phase and/or bi-directional ACDC systems - Magnetics knowledge - Knowledge of various battery chemistries - Degree in a relevant engineering discipline Recruit12 is a recruitment specialist, working within the Automotive, Advanced Engineering, Nuclear Industry, Renewable Energy and Construction sectors
