Senior Assembly Technician (Motorsport) We are looking for Senior Assembly Technician for a permanent role based in Leamington Spa. As a Senior Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly of Low volume, high value drive-line systems for a variety of customers. This role could involve occasional travel to other Ricardo or customer locations (including overseas) for short-medium periods and sometimes at short notice. Responsibilities * Good communication skills with ability to talk to customers and sensitivity to commercial factors * Clear, logical thinker with the ability to understand and solve problems * Work as part of a team to achieve team objectives Requirements * Experience of motorsport transmission / gearbox assembly * Precision measurement from list principles using manual measurement equipment * Ability to read engineering design and assembly drawings * Minimum GCSE in Mathematics and English / Vocational qualifications * Intermediate level of PC and general computer skills
