I am recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator to work with a global leader in aircraft engine manufacturing. This role with report into the Sales Director and will provide support to the wider sales team. Responsibilities: Support the Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers with work proposals, quotations and final contracts for the sale of aircraft engines. Manage and issue purchase orders and pre-payment requests for engine sales using SAP. Work with the logistics team to track and coordinate all returns and exchanges. Track and update the CRM system with the Sales team. Coordinate all sales transactions. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the sales process. Assist with the sales forecasting and analysis to support the wider group business planning. Requirements Excellent general computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and SAP. Excellent business writing skills. Previous experience in generating commercial proposals. Some travel may be required.
