Sales Operations Manager (Automotive) Salary: DOE + 10% Bonus + Company Car Location: Slough, Berkshire Permanenet / Full time Remarkable Jobs are delighted to be working with a prestige automotive main dealership who are seeking to recruit and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join their team in Slough. Post Covid, this will be an officed based role in Slough. This Sales Operations role will encompass: Leading and developing of the Brand's operational strategy to ensure the achievement of short, medium- and long-term objectives related to sales performance. Leading & co-ordinating the development and management of sales programmes to achieve operational and strategic objectives through co-ordinating and steering the network. Responsible for co-ordinating field team activities to ensure delivery of operational objectives with particular focus on achievement of sales & commercial targets. The ideal candidate for this role will either be currently in a similar role for an Automotive Manufacturing company 'or' having worked through the various departments within a leading Automotive Brand and be looking to progress into an Operational Sales position. Your previous Sales Operations exposure will include: Developing if network commercial policies to achieve brand sales objectives Working across the business to develop quarterly sales programmes and subsequently communicate and engage with the fields teams to deliver. This role will have an emphasis on measuring, reporting and analysing data to interrogate and develop the sales forecasting and drive performance and improvements This role includes 1 direct report. Sales Operations skills will include: Commercially astute with demonstrable track record of adding value and surpassing targets Ability to think strategically and link broad and complex subjects across multiple business functions Strong communication skills at all levels of an organisation - both spoken and written Strong influencing and leadership skills Highly organised with good attention to detail Financial acumen Effective sales and negotiation skills Experience of working in a results orientated environment and delivered measurable business improvements Operational planning experience to deliver short, medium- and long-term objectives Management field team position or network management experience Project management experience Product marketing / sales planning / logistics experience preferred For immediate consideration please apply today
