About the role  Sytner Group has an very exciting opportunity for an experienced General Sales Manager to join our management team at Porsche Centre Chester.  You will be responsible for overseeing the management and development of the entire sales operation. You will lead from the front and inspire a fantastic team of colleagues, all of whom are integral in making the department the success that it is today.  You will also coach and mentor individuals and team competence in order to further the department's success. Your key objectives aside from gross profit and volume growth will include effective enquiry management and ensuring optimum stock is available at all times. This is a full time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.   About you  This role would suit a sales manager with a proven track record of success gained from within the motor industry, who has well-developed leadership skills and a deep understanding of all areas of the department. You will be able to demonstrate that you can handle conflicting demands and display the passion and ability to deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction to ensure repeat and referral business. The ability to lead, influence and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the Sales department is essential. Why Sytner?
