Sales Manager - Greys of Ely is a 3rd generation coach hire company suppling busses and coaches to both Local authorities, using our dedicated home to school fleet (aged second life service buses), and local, national and international private hire clients including Sports teams and high net worth corporate clients, using a dedicated "grey" fleet. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to balance both inbound sales against the fleet and staff utilisation to maximise the effective deployment of both. This is to ensure that the client receives the very best from using Greys of Ely, whilst at the same time ensuring the business makes the maximum net yield (revenue per driver hour) from every hire. As Sales Manager your duties will include: * Exceeding agreed annual sales targets * Building relationships with customers and industry stakeholders * Actively sourcing new business opportunities and following up leads * Communicating and motivating across multiple mediums both externally and internally * Support salespeople in all aspects of the sales process and keep their team members accountable to KPIs that drive the business * Support the business in cross-functional projects to drive organizational advancement * Assist with other administrative roles as required by the business. This is a permanent role working 45 hours a week 7.30am to 5.30pm with some on-call at weekends (this is occasional and just dealing with urgent sales enquires). Offering a Salary of £32,000 pa paying on a weekly basis depending on experience.
