Location: Basingstoke (flexibility to split time between office and home working) Salary: up to £45,000 6-12month FTC This is the job Manage the planning and commercial analysis of the renewal opt in & retention (agent) offers strategy across segments & journey points. What will I be doing? * Own and drive the strategy, planning & technical implementation to optimise the commercial performance of roadside renewal opt in & retention (agent) offers. Working alongside a Marketing team who will manage creative execution, and 2x Retention Planning Managers who will manage journeys & contact centre toolkits * Drive a data and insight driven approach to plan & optimise offer activity across customer segments & journey points. Actively propose changes and introduce new activity through which to maximise commercial results and help develop future strategy * Brief and oversee IT colleagues to ensure offer initiatives are built, tested & successfully implemented across different systems * Work with 1) Pricing Managers to align ‘offer’ strategy with pricing approach 2) co-ordinate with other areas of the Retention Team to ensure the customer journeys are consistent and joined up and 3) consult where needed with the group marketing & acquisition teams to understand the in-life & acquisition strategy impact on retention, and influence the plan to optimise overall value for the AA * Own the reporting and understanding of commercial performance of renewal opt in & retention (agent) offers. This means working closely with the Retention Analyst, Insight & MI teams to determine actionable insight and MI on performance, and building a forecast to underpin performance optimisation What do I need? Capability, Knowledge and Experience: * Excel advanced user -able to build forecasts and models to explain complex campaign results * CRM Planning experience & expertise; including control group and A/B testing analysis within complex customer journeys * Commercial acumen – focus on revenue and profit creation Nice to haves * Exposure to offer optimisation * Understanding of predictive model application in CRM planning * Some SAS skills would be an advantage Education and Qualifications: * Graduate with relevant qualifications * Proven relevant business experience, ideally within Consumer services, Telco or insurance industry Personal Characteristics: * Strong communicator, able to explain complex analysis & campaigns simply * Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative * High levels of attention to detail Additional Information As a valued member of our team, you’ll have access to a range of fully supported development programmes, designed to help you progress in your career with us.
