Reception Host – Saturday Stephen James BMW is looking for a friendly & professional Reception Host, who will welcome and assist our customers with their visit. Your role As the Host you will be the first point of contact responsible for meeting, greeting & assisting all customers who visit the Showroom. You will be attentive to each visitor, quickly understanding their needs and helping to deliver a bespoke customer experience. You will be a brand ambassador and share our excitement for everything MINI and BMW. The main duties of the role include: * Friendly, professional, always welcoming, and helpful * Provide a bespoke attentive customer experience by understanding the customer requirements and managing their visit by directing them to the right department/ person * Proactive and organised, taking responsibility for general administration. * To occasionally deal with the telephone overflow by answering calls professionally and taking accurate messages that are given out in a timely, manner * Manage the customer waiting area by keeping customers updated, offering refreshments, and ensuring they are comfortable and well looked after * Keep the Showroom and waiting areas tidy and presentable Your profile * Friendly, professional, and welcoming with a passion for customer service * Excellent communication, especially confident face to face and will enjoy customer interaction * Good organisation and administration skills, with a passion for detail * Experience in front of house position is desirable * Must be eligible to work in the UK Who are we? Salary and Hours Basic salary, £4,420 per annum. Working hours: Saturday, 8am – 5pm. In addition, you will be required to provide cover on bank holidays and occasional cover in the week. Any additional hours worked will be paid as overtime.
