Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.” ~ Warren Bennis Project Manager – Classic Car Builds An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Project Manager within our client’s technical team for The Revival Series project. In this role you will be responsible for managing, driving, co-ordinating and delivering this amazing product to our customers. You will be multi skilled in project engineering and focussed on achieving the highest standards within the required timescales. As an experienced Project Manager, you will provide quality control and technical planning with cross functional input both internally and externally to successful achieve and deliver outstanding results and excellent customer service. Job Role • Accountable for managing The Revival Series project and delivering a successful outcome in all areas. • Communicating effectively and professionally with the team and project stakeholders providing updates, recommendations, and direction. • Management of key suppliers for accountable services and components including paint and trim shop, chassis and body manufacturers and other third-party suppliers. • Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with customers providing updates and feedback on progress. • Ensuring the team, project stakeholders and suppliers have a comprehensive understanding of the project including requirements, progress, and timescales. • Responsible for product quality by applying all quality control measures to achieve the required standard at all levels. • Ability to initiate the project in line with the overall strategy, objectives, and targets. • Apply and use relevant tools, templates, and methodology to track and deliver the project accurately. • Identify any problems or project risks and ensure solutions and actions are taken to minimize impact. • Establishing, maintaining, and monitoring effective cost management to facilitate financial control. • Leading and managing the team, ensuring high levels of commitment, morale and motivation are applied Knowledge, Skills & Experience • Strong understanding of technical engineering principals • Mechanical or automotive engineering background • Experience with responsibility for quality control • Sound commercial and financial awareness • Customer focused with a track record of on-time delivery • Outstanding planning and organisational skills • The ability to project manage priorities and tasks both internally and with suppliers • An excellent communicator with the ability to influence and motivate teams and work cross functionally • Methodical and decisive with a proven ability to solve problems • Excellent focus and attention to detail • Motivated and driven with strong leadership qualities Details Up to 30k - 45k DOE Full Time Permanent Location Berkshire
