Programme Planner Location: Fen End, Coventry Contract length: Ongoing (1 year minimum) Pay Rate: £27.15 D.O.E. Inside IR35 We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Planner to join our automotive OEM client in Coventry on an ongoing contract expected to last until at least March 2023 with the possibility of extension. The role offers a mixture of home and on-site working with occasional travel required to other sites in Gaydon and Ryton. A key objective of the department is to expand the range of well executed, high revenue products and features deployed either on-line or off-line at each of the Production Assembly Plants or through the Dealer Channel. To support this objective there is a requirement to appoint a Programme Planner to work with the existing SV Programme, Product Development and Production Operations teams to improve the execution and delivery robustness of new product through the launch phase (using appropriate elements of the LQOS disciplines) and into production. Program Planner Skills and experience Required: Previous experience in a similar role in automotive Project Management with track record of delivery      Analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base.      Ability to present complex data & issues to a varied audience.      Methodical, detailed approach to work context      Experience of Problem Resolution using structured approaches      Ability to manage risks and issues      A resilient and enthusiastic who responds constructively to new ideas and inputs      A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas      An effective team player, actively develops and supports team members Program Planner Experience Preferred: Negotiation and adaptability skills      Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred      Experience of stakeholder management at all levels      Commercially astute with an ability to understand the business function that this role supports      An individual with the ability to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style We’re looking to speak with suitable Programme Planner candidates as soon as possible.
