RLE International is working on behalf of their Essex based Automotive Client, who are currently looking for a Program Coordinator, Recalls & Service Programs to support and join their expanding team Our client offers a wide range of unique opportunities available to suit some of the best people and brightest minds in the automotive industry. Position Description: Program Coordinator, Recalls and Service Programs Rate: £22.89 – rising to £29.95 after 13 weeks under AWR’s (Agency Worker Regulations) Develop cost effective dealer repair strategies for vehicle concerns. Create Dealer Bulletins, Service Instructions and Customer Letters. Liaise with the Office of General Council. Work with translations agencies. Liaise with Government Registration Authorities regarding announcements of potential Safety Recalls and request owner data. Liaise with all National Sales Companies in Europe and Global Offices. Liaise with Supply Chain Management. Liaise with Public Affairs, CX Teams and CRCs. Attend Government Enquiry Review Committee meetings and Critical Concern Review Group meetings and provide feedback as necessary. Set-up affected vehicle populations in client’s internal systems, claims payments and reporting requirements. Liaise with customer mailing agency. Ensure departmental processes/records are compliant with current/future audit requirements. Skills Required: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. * Excellent organisational skills and strong self-motivation. * Good IT skills including EXCEL, Word, publishing tools, etc, along with the ability to quickly grasp bespoke systems - (GCAMP, ODYSSEY, Business Objects - training will be provided).
