Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a manufacturing company based in Bradford to recruit a Production Supervisor to oversee the Stores area. Salary £30k +17% shift allowance - £35,100 Hours: Permanent Afters Monday – Thursday, 2pm - 10pm Friday 12:30 – 7pm  This Production Supervisor will lead and develop a team within the Stores area, whilst ensuring accountability and driving efficiency. Duties and responsibilities of the Production Supervisor will include: Delivering shift reports as well as daily change over Monitoring capacity and demand planning across the warehouse Execution of Risk Assessments, Safety Walks (operational) & 5S Audits Drive engagement across teams and support development, whilst recognising areas for improvement Regular inventory checks and monitor goods in against production plans Driving a safety first culture and addressing any Health & Safety risks We are looking for experienced Production Supervisors with the following skills and experience: Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a stores area Effective communication skills Working safely (IOSH) Experience driving lean methodologies IT literate including Microsoft Office and ERP Systems If the Production Supervisor role is of interest please apply now or for a further discussion please contact Anna Morgan or Emma Bartholomew
