The role involves working together in a team, cooperating with others to build luxury cars. Rates of Pay Starting at £14.92 ph for basic rising to £17.41 for a 2 shift rotating Shift Patterns Are all Monday to Friday and are on a 2 shift rotating basis, working mornings and afternoons. Example shift pattern: Week 1: Mornings: 6.00 - 14:00 Mon - Thurs, 6.00 to 11.00 Friday Week 2: Afternoons: 14:15 - 23:30 Mon - Thurs JLR is open to offering some flexibility of working hours within the shift patterns listed above as part of a flexible working arrangement. Requirements - Essential Ability to repeatedly follow a set sequence of work steps that you might know as standard operating procedures, or standardised work. Full training will be provided on standard operating procedures but the ability to follow them is essential Good attention to detail Ability and willingness to learn Happy making improvements and encouraging others to do the same Must be available to work overtime as and when required Must be able to be flexible with regards to shift patterns Requirements - Desirable Previous experience of working on a moving production line is an advantage but not essential Knowledge of continuous improvement is also an advantage but again, training will be given Competent using computers and digital technology Jaguar Land Rover are committed to creating a caring environment and to support all colleagues into being the best that they can be.
