PURPOSE To provide a broad range of product marketing support encompassing dealer communications and marketing support to the Brand Marketing Manager. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist with the production of brochures ensuring the process of print to fulfilment and working with external agencies to complete updates for brochure/price list/leaflet. * Using JATO, carry out detailed market & competitor research and analysis as required for all key models (with support) including incentives summary. * Reporting - Ageing Stock, NCBS, Daily Sales position summary, Sales & Stock Mix. * Manage monthly Webex presentations. * Become an expert in dealer marketing communications to ensure integration between local and national advertising. * Assist with production of artwork, source images and check copies. * Liaise and manage relevant internal stakeholders such as sales, dealers, product/brand management, research and digital. * Ensure all marketing materials are developed within legal and regulatory frameworks. * Become an expert on all current product to deal with day to day queries. * Manage Sales Planning tool: prepare the sales planning forecast mix on a monthly basis which drives the production and invoicing, regularly monitor and manage the visibility of versions in the tool (open/close models and versions). * KPI reporting: tracking and reporting all crucial Brand KPIs on a monthly basis. * Retailer Guide: managing the production and distribution of the Retailer Guide on a quarterly basis. * Competitive research: monthly promo offers analysis of the industry and segments, tracking competitor technical specifications, product line-up and trim levels. * Market analysis: monthly industry performance monitoring and reporting, tracking competitors’ volumes, MS% and channels analysis. * Creating and setting up campaigns for retailer payments on quarterly and ad-hoc basis (NBS app@tracks). * Updating product literature: price lists and brochures updates on a regular and ad-hoc basis. * NPS Scorecard: managing NPS KPIs reports for zone sales managers on a monthly basis to track and monitor retailer performance. * Support the Brand with market analysis, TCO and RV and competitor tracking. * Support with price proposals on an ad-hoc basis. * Manage the corporate website configurator on an ad-hoc basis and communicating amends to our agencies. * Manage the Brand’s stock locator on an ad-hoc basis and communicating amends to our agencies. * Support with product configurator tool and updating the product data and specs which feeds all of our systems, e.g. configurator and ordering system ad-hoc. * Supporting with quarterly Bulletins, Retailer Webinars, Business Reviews, Action Plans presentations. * Create learning and news modules for the retailer sales incentives application on an ad-hoc basis. * Setting up the model versions on external systems, such as MVRIS and Thatcham on an ad-hoc basis. * Tracking and clearing MVRIS disputes on an ad-hoc basis. * Preparing and proof-reading product training content for Training School ad-hoc. * Regularly support the MarComms team with product knowledge
