Purpose Provide a wide range of marketing support including product, customer and market analysis to the Product Manager and business. Main Duties & Responsibilities * Deliver market, customer, competitor, price and promotions research and analysis as required for all key models including incentives summary, using a variety of tools available (JATO, FCA systems, SIMI etc) on a regular basis * Maintain and develop internal weekly reporting for Marketing & Communications KPIs using dedicated internal tools (involves cross-functional coordination) * Help coordinate new model launches across the Marketing team and all other relevant stakeholders across the organization, including raising P.O.’s for all spending related to product / marketing activities * Provide support for regular and ad-hoc presentations that can be dealer-facing, internal or any other business requirements * Support Product team for all required product activities where appropriate (ie. price setting/management, product setup in FCA systems, including local homologation processes etc) * Become the lead for localisation of hard/digital brochures, product guides & price lists across all brands covering content adaptation, print & fulfilment. This activity involves coordination across Product & Marketing Communications * Ensure the website and digital content is accurate and up to date across multiple Brands at all times * Liaise when required with other internal stakeholders such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, Brand Communications & PR to ensure alignment on Product & Brand Marketing strategy * Develop a working relationship with HQ and UK product teams to provide assistance to the Product Manager in the filtering of information and adaptation to the Irish market Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications: This is a hands-on role and the successful candidate should be educated to degree level or equivalent. They should also be able to demonstrate excellent excel knowledge and interpretation of data as well as be a marketing all-rounder. The ability to demonstrate flair and commercial acumen is required to make the right impressions and support the wider team in all aspects. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate being able to be both proactive and reactive to the changing demands of the business. Previous experience in Automotive industry not necessary but commitment to deep-dive and develop industry knowledge is a must
