Role Overview: As a Stores Operative, you will manage the store's environment, ensuring the efficient handling of materials, fluids, equipment, spares, tools, PPE, consumables, and client-provided materials on-site. Automotive Parts Advisor /Parts Technician Key Responsibilities: Materials Issue: * Understand and fulfil technician requirements promptly. * Identify and understand the requirements of the technician * Issue materials to the GSE Technicians * Provide prompt and courteous counter service, and respond to telephone calls promptly * Provide courteous and efficient over-the-counter service. * Respond to telephone inquiries. * Pick and pack stock orders. * Generate daily reports. Goods Inward: * Receive and log deliveries into the IT system. * Organise and maintain the goods received quarantine area. * Safely unload delivery vehicles. * Operate a company forklift truck. * Immediately notify suppliers of any damaged goods or short shipments.
