Our client based in Leighton Buzzard is seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. As Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for the running of the parts department, responding to customer enquiries, promoting and selling the companies parts & products, offering a consultative advice and parts solution to customers. Looking after a small team, you will have responsibility for motivating, training and developing your staff, building strong customer relationships, controlling parts stock levels, dealing with warranty parts and exchanges, making outbound sales calls to customer base, taking parts orders, offering a high level of customer excellence at all times. To be considered for this role you will have worked within a construction machinery parts role previously.
