Parts Flow Liaison Operator - Hethel, Norfolk  The role will be based primarily around supporting Production, it will involve: To ensure that the internal supply network is efficient and monitor performance of parts availability at the correct location at the correct time in the process to ensure parts are fitted when required. Search out, root cause and investigate why parts don't arrive at point of fit in time. using analytically tools and report the findings to the correct area of reasonability Liaise with all stake holders involved in allocation of supply through the business and make the link between material planning, SQA, logistics and manufacturing to catch back any parts that have been missed in the production process to reduce the number of vehicles that come of the manufacturing line incomplete  Identifying potential shortages, balancing line stocks & identifying shortfalls to Material planning. Ensuring that the despatch of all required goods (parts and containers) for Production is carried out efficiently.  Dependant on the needs of the business, this role will involve applying the objectives above to Projects & supporting initiatives as defined by the line manager. Essential Critea  * Manufacturing experience material planning * Ability to work unsupervised * Able to provide excellent stakeholder, service/ leadership * Good understanding of Vehicle build and logistics * good experince in automotive & Logistics and material planning * Organisation/ manufacturing  / Comunications / * Proven ability to lead and understand problem solving * Proven ability to build strong and lasting partnerships * Leadership skills * Analytical, effective negotiator * Well organised * Strong team player, with the innate ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships Desirable Criteria * Process driven * Self-motivated , achiever driven by delivery , good communication and inter personal relationships * Strategic and innovative thinker who can develop and implement new ideas and makes suggestions Please note, this role will be for atleast 12 months and then will be redefined later as part of the MP+L structure and requirements
