....The Parts Consultant Apprenticeship responsibilities will include:
• Ordering parts for the technicians in the bodyshop by phone and online.
• Regular communication with bodyshop technicians
• Chasing missing/incorrect orders
• Returning unused parts
• Receiving, identifying and handling stock
• Advice and guidance on products and keeping costs in mind
• Delivering the highest level of customer care at all times

As you progress through your apprenticeship, your responsibilities will increase to include liaising with suppliers.

...Must be computer literate as you will be using the companies own in-house computer system, which you will be given full training in.
Ideally GCSE’s 9 – 3 (A-D) or equivalent in Maths, English and ICT
This is a Parts Consultant Apprenticeship, delivered by Remit Group. Training is delivered in the workplace and on block release at the Remit Academy in Derby. This means you will be required to stay in a hotel for 1 week (Mon – Fri) over the duration of the programme. All associated costs for training are met by the employer and there will be no cost to you. You will also be assigned a dedicated Development Coach who will visit you every 4-6 weeks at the workplace, giving 1-2-1 information, advice and guidance. As a result, you will receive the following qualification: · VRQ & VCQ Parts Consultant Level 2 · Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required).
