Parts Advisor (Specialist Cars, Cheltenham) Location: Cheltenham, UK Salary: £13.50 – £14.50ph (dependent on experience) Temp to Perm Position About the Role Join our client’s renowned Specialist Cars team in Cheltenham as a Parts Advisor. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a luxury automotive environment. You will play a vital role in supporting the Parts Department to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure the efficient operation of the Parts Department, managing the collection and delivery of goods and customer vehicles. * Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, both external and internal. * Maintain accurate records of stock and sales, and ensure goods are processed efficiently. * Collaborate with the wider team to support various operational tasks. Essential Skills: * Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the motor industry. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * A passion for the luxury automotive industry and a basic understanding of luxury vehicle brands. * Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
