The Role: As a Parts Advisor,you willbe handling parts inquiries through telephone, face-to-face interactions, and email. Responsibilities: Actively engaging in the sales of parts to both existing and new customers, fostering customer relationships. Completing parts inquiries and fulfilling orders from retail customers and our internal workshop. Maintaining an effective stock control system and performing parts picking from the warehouse. Monitoring and replenishing impressed stock with key customers through order management. Executing all administrative tasks related to parts ordering and returns. Ensuring optimal efficiency in the Parts Department's operations. Meeting customer demands and providing appropriate solutions. Undertaking additional responsibilities as required by the role. Requirements: Previously worked as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role. Effective communication at all levels, both internally and externally, maintaining professionalism. Background in parts within motor factors or the commercial vehicle industry. (Desirable) Experience in a franchised dealership parts department. (Desirable) Computer literacy, along with experience of using stock control systems. (Desirable) Valid driving licence.
