I am working with a well-known family-owned business who are looking to bring an experienced Parts Advisor to work in their Wigan branch. This is a role where you will be required to bring your expertise and knowledge of the industry to fulfil duties of the branch and overall business. This department works closely with technicians and service advisors to deliver customer satisfaction and provide the best experience to customers requiring support. Your duties as a Parts Advisor will include: Managing and efficiently receiving/recording parts into stock Managing and organising stock in the dealership Assisting retail customers with their parts for their vehicles Maintaining stock levels to ensure the dealership has required stock Manging overage stock Maintain pricing structures Ensure display vehicles are fitted with the appropriate parts Ensure service team have all relevant parts for the workshopTo be successful in the Parts Advisor position, you will hopefully have: A full clean driving license Experience of 3+ years within the parts advisor industry Industry and trade knowledge either in Nissan, Stellantis, Hyundai or Kia Knowledge of Kerridge or RTC would be beneficial however training will be provided Excellent customer service and communication skills Organisational, professional and attention to detail behaviours Ideally have managerial or supervisory experience Ideally you will be able to start immediately however a notice period will be consideredIf you are successful in the position of Parts Advisor, you can look forward to: A competitive salary plus profits cut Additional bonuses specific on branch, company, or role specific targets Group pension contributions Healthcare plan Life assurance Growth prospects Training opportunities Planned full refurbishment of site and new brand deals, meaning more opportunities for you to grow and develop
