Parts Advisor East London (E6) Salary: £11.50ph- £15ph, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday- 8am to 6pm Our client Our client is a family- run bodyshop with over 30 years of experience within the vehicle body repair industry. Key Responsibilities: * Order, receive, and manage inventory of automotive parts and supplies. * Work closely with repair technicians to ensure the timely sourcing of required parts. * Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, orders, and parts returns. * Liaise with suppliers and negotiate to get the best prices and delivery times. * Assist with the preparation of parts quotes and invoices for customers. * Offer exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries regarding parts. * Use parts catalogues and computer systems to accurately identify needed parts. * Ensure that all parts are correctly charged out to the corresponding repair order. * Conduct regular stock takes and work towards minimizing stock losses. * Greet customers and assist with moving vehicles around in order to provide excellent customer experience. About you… * Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within an automotive body shop environment. * Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both customers and colleagues. * Proficiency in inventory management software and good computer literacy. * Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
