Purpose: Per AXIOM's repair standards and processes, our panel technician will be responsible for performing all the tasks related to structural, aluminum, and small damage repair. This is a key position to ensure our customers have a world-class repair experience. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 Alternate Saturdays 08:00-12:00 where business need requires. Position Requirements * Holds a valid driver’s license * Demonstrated prior experience supporting company processes * Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced work environment. * Engaged in continuous learning and development. * Must be proficient in plastic repair, medium-sized body repair, and body filler. * Must be proficient with the dismantling and assembly of damaged vehicles.
