MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Panel Beater based in Bolton. MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd are representing a leading automotive repair shop. Dedicated to providing top-quality service and vehicle body repairs. The repair centre is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their team in Bolton. As a Panel Beater, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of the day to day in the business and in restoring vehicle to their pre-accident condition. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail. As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for but not limited to: * You will work alongside a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment * Repairing and the reshape / replacement of vehicle body panels, frames and structures to restore vehicle to their pre-accident condition * Conducting thorough assessment of vehicle damage and identifying the repair needs * Adhere to the health and safety standards in line with the safety regulations to carry out quality of repair to customers vehicles * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and trim issues on vehicles with effectiveness * Repairing and replacements of damaged components, electrical wiring, interior trim, and mechanical systems * Ensure a clean working environment As a Panel Beater, you will have: * Previous experience as a Panel Beater * Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive body repairs * Strong communication skills Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 8AM – 5PM (30 minute unpaid break) Benefits: * Holiday allowance: 28 days (inclusive of the bank holidays) Salary: * £18-£19 If you are interested in a confidential conversation regarding the above position, please apply for the role or give Simmy a call on: (phone number removed) MotorMatch LTD is advertising this vacancy in its capacity as an employment business.
