On behalf of our client, a successful and leader international vehicle and transport system company management, seeking for a Operation Graduates The position will report to the Operations Manager. Main Duties: * To oversee through a 3rd party service provider the operation administration of Leasys, this includes the provision of Road Fund Licences: (ordering/sending), Duplicate licence requests, requesting RFL refunds; * Speeding, parking, congestion charge and bus lane fines * Although the candidate must be capable of carry out this activity themselves, if the 3rd parry administrator does not perform to our requirements. * Sending requested information to authorities, charging administration fee, sending invoices, inputting information on the Miles system. * Investigating any BVRLA and DVLA queries. * Insurance letters, forwarding letters and information of hirer as requested. * Administration of MOT reminders, daily rentals, cherished mark declaration, transfer and retention. End of contract correspondence. * To adhere to the FSA regulations and requirements. * Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require. * Deal with all HPI queries for contract hire. * Manage the V5 stock for contract hire. * Maintain the Miles system will all vehicle movements. * Administrate the buy back de-fleet process and final invoicing. * Check expired leases and report to sales support. * Provide 3rd party services providers with the required information for de-fleet of contract hire vehicles. * Processing of daily reports from 3rd party service providers. * Check supplier invoices Requirements: * 2:1 BA/ BSc Hons degree, preferably in a Business related subject or similar. * Experience in the automotive or consumer finance industry (Preferred) * Excel and Word to Intermediate to Advanced level * Workflow management * Confident in decision making/prioritization * Takes ownership of work * Good communication skills - verbal and written * Good negotiation/objection handling skills * Adherence to Retail Operations schedule We Offer: * 20-22K Annual Gross salary * Company car * Career Development
