New Business Specialist - Vehicle Leasing Salary: £20,000 OTE £55K with Company Car Holiday: 21 Days + Bank Holidays This is an outstanding opportunity to work with the UK’s fastest growing and market leader of premium, prestige and specialist vehicles in Rental, Leasing and Sales. This exciting New Business Specialist role based in their Leeds offices will ideally suit an individual who has experience in vehicle sales or leasing coupled with high emotional intelligence, can-do attitude and capable of driving high direct sales activity. The successful candidate will have proven sales results, a personality that draws others towards them and has an existing personal and professional network they can drive across the Leeds area. Overall Job Purpose * To exceed rental, contract hire, vehicle sales volumes and revenue targets set out from self-generated activity across Leeds and the surrounding areas. * To fact find and deliver a complete solution based selling technique to achieve results. * To understand the client’s vehicle requirements * Generate appointments for the Sales Managers * To manage pricing, overcome objections, manage expectations and deliver first class customer service. * To utilise and work closely with all supporting departments across Rental, Leasing and Vehicle Sales. * Targeting both retail and SME clients with a professional and can-do approach by delivering industry leading car deals and service standards. Person Specific * Organised, capable of working on own initiative and managing workloads to deadlines and prioritise accordingly. * Have experience of working within a sales environment * High energy, confidence and a team player is a must for this role * A persuasive personality that draws people to engage with them. Exceptional analytical and numeracy skills * Ability to look at situations with a holistic view * Commercially astute with excellent communication skills * Excellent time management working in an organised and methodical manner with the ability to meet targets and deadlines consistently * Recognise efficiencies for continuous improvements, with strong attention to detail * Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders including customers, funders, dealers, and 3rd party suppliers * Relevant industry experience, data management, administration experience would be an advantage. * Willingness to learn, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development. * Have good social media knowledge for leads -Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin Skills required * 2 years high activity sales experience * A passion for automotive * Commercially astute with exceptional verbal and written communication plus high attention to accuracy and detail * An understanding and balance approach to financial risk versus achieving sales volume * Strong presentation skills, high emotional intelligence, goal driven with tenacity to over achieve * Competent in the use of Excel, Word and Outlook * A commitment to be flexible and to go the extra mile with a can-do-attitude. * A self-developing individual willing to constantly learn.
