NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER * Provision of mobility services to companies with medium to large workforces * Flexible location as this is a field based role - Midlands preferred but flexible * Salary in range £45k-50k, uncapped bonus which at target earns £15-200k , Car or Car Allowance, Pension YOUR BACKGROUND Please note that the industries the right candidate is most likely to have worked in are: * Fleet Contract Hire / Leasing * Fleet Management * Daily Rental * Fleet Services * Facilities Management * Telematics * Logistics and Transportation PLEASE NOTE - If your career experience does not include any of these industry sectors you are highly unlikely to be considered for this role OUR CLIENT Our client is a specialist in providing innovative award winning mobility solutions for with medium to large corporates with significantly sized workforces and fleets of vehicles. Their solutions provide: * Single supplier simplicity * Speed and depth of choice of vehicles * Reduction in costs * Award winning single view 'at a glance' online reservation and in use platform, * Cover for repair and maintenance as well as easy management of damage charges ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES * Generate new business through a structured blend of telesales activity, direct approach, visits, networking and referrals. * Focused on opportunities at companies with several thousand employees. * Utilise a range of data sources including internal databases and CRM system. * Follow structured sales processes to close business. * Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts. PERSON PROFILE - ESSENTIAL ASPECTS * A proven new business hunter with a passion for forging new relationships. * A proven record of generating and closing opportunities with corporate clients with several thousand employees. * A self-starter, comfortable working remotely and managing their diary effectively. * Demonstrable ability to plan effectively and ensure time is managed efficiently. * Excellent interpersonal skills and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Excellent negotiator who can balance the requirements of company and clients. * Confident and articulate communicator.
