Job: Cosmetic Repair Technician Salary/OTE: £50K Area: Aberdeen Ascend Talent is seeking a Cosmetic Repair to join an accident repair centre based in Aberdeen. As a cosmetic repair technician you will be responsible for all paint touch-ups, scratch removal all aspects of the vehicle entrusted with the ARC. In this position it requires knowledge & previous experience of the various systems & methods. Responsibilities: As a cosmetic repairer you will be responsible for; * Assessing vehicle damage and determining the appropriate repair techniques * Performing cosmetic repairs such as paint touch-ups, scratch removal, and dent repair * Preparing surfaces for painting and applying paint using various techniques * Blending and matching paint colours to ensure a seamless finish * Inspecting completed repairs to ensure they meet quality standards * Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Experience/Skill: * Previous experience as a Cosmetic Technician or similar role * Proficiency in cosmetic repair techniques such as paint touch-ups, scratch removal, and dent repair * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Package/Benefits: * Competitive salary plus performance related bonus * 29 days holiday including public holidays plus additional days with service * ​Pension contributions * ​Referral bonus scheme * ​Enhanced parental leave * ​Enhanced sick pay * ​Talk to us about flexible working.
