What They Need in You To be successful you will ideally need to have main dealership experience, both volume and prestige brand backgrounds will be considered. However, if you are a rising star with only independent garage experience, they will also consider you. You will need to have NVQ (or equivalent) Levels 1, 2 and 3 in maintenance and repair of vehicles. The Salary and Benefits They are looking to pay you £35,000 - £40,000 basic accompanied by an excellent bonus scheme taking you to £45,000 - £50,000 overall. You will also be put onto the latest manufacturer training to expand and build upon your skill set. Your salary will also be reviewed periodically.
