VACANCY - MOTOR VEHICLE TEHNICIAN - BURNLEY AREA

Our client, a FANTASTIC employer, is looking to recruit an experienced Technician due to expansion

The Role

The Vehicle Technician is a key role within their aftersales function ensuring customer satisfaction in the service and repair of motor vehicles of all types.
You will have a flair for working directly with customers and need to be confident in liaising with customers to give the very best recommendation for the vehicle and business needs.

Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out the service and maintenance on a range of vehicles, all whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be required to: -
Carry out minor to major mechanical repairs
Be competent in using diagnostic equipment
Able to diagnose SRS and ABS systems
Able to interpret and complete paperwork
Confidently discuss issues with customers
Have a friendly and good telephone manner
Be approachable for our customers

Working hours/days:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5pm
Saturday: 8.30 - 12.30pm on a rota

Basic salary:
Depending on Experience
Level 1 - Technician = £26,732 PA
Level 2 - Manufacturer qualification = £29,047 PA
Level 3 - EV Trained = £35,271 PA
Level 4 - Master Technician = £39,049 PA

OTE - Uncapped - % of labour sales linked to efficiency and productivity.
