If you have automotive parts or automotive parts advisor / parts assistant experience, and you have worked in an accident repair bodyshop / automotive industry previously, then this could be the right career move for you. The Job: Parts Advisor / Parts Manager The Parts Assistant / parts advisor is a pivotal role in our Accident Repair Centres team. You'll be responsible for all aspects of ordering, pricing and administration - even sourcing parts that are unavailable through the usual channels. Control the stock control for all paint and consumables. You'll liaise with our bodyshop technicians and provide high levels of customer contact and communications throughout the vehicle repairs. Accountability for appropriate parts provision service and timely communication to enable effective repairs. Identifying, owning and managing the risks involved in running our business appropriate to this role Handle body shop requirements swiftly, courteously and efficiently. Ensure that Parts on receipt are inspected for damage and that the quantities received match quantity advised on delivery notes and placed into stock locations.
