Job Title: Mini Bus Driver (D1 License) Company: SNS Recruitment Location: Hackney Borough, London Job Type: Part-time (25 hours per week) Salary: £15.67 per hour Job Description: SNS Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mini Bus Driver with a valid PCV driver’s license (D1) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting elderly individuals and people with learning difficulties to a day centre within the Hackney Borough. Some passengers may require assistance with wheelchairs. Key Responsibilities: * Safely transport passengers to and from the day centre using a small mini bus. * Provide assistance to passengers as needed, including aiding wheelchair users. * Adhere to a split shift schedule, with hours from 07:45 to 10:15 and 14:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (closed on Bank Holidays). * Ensure compliance with Driver CPC regulations, with a full 35 hours completed. * Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with passengers and colleagues. Requirements: * Valid PCV driver license (D1). * Completion of a full 35-hour Driver CPC course. * Enhanced DBS check is essential. * Previous experience working with elderly individuals or people with learning difficulties preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
