MET Technician Location: Wiltshire Starting Basic Salary:£38,000 - £40,000 (DOE) Bonus: Time saved Bonus (Uncapped £46K+)  Hours: 42.5 Hour Week Monday - Friday - Flexible on hours Extra's: 22 Days + Bank holidays, Overtime, Pension Scheme Job Description: Our client is looking for a talented and efficient MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician / Strip Fitter / Car Fitter to join this leading team. You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications within a state of the art body shop, utilising modern equipment and techniques. Qualifications required for an MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician / Strip Fitter / Car Fitter: Will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician / Strip Fitter / Car Fitter and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA /IMI/ SVQ) Must have previous experience working as a MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician / Strip Fitter / Car Fitter within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours Have experience with Geometry work and 4 wheel Alignment  Will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques Diagnostic training Duties of an MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician / Strip Fitter / Car Fitter: Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction Please contact Ben Price at Tru Talent on (phone number removed) or (phone number removed), using reference (MET Strip Fitter - Wiltshire) or if you can 'Apply Now
