Mechanic (Customer Facing), Doncaster Full-time, Permanent £26,000 basic plus bonus (OTE £27,000) 40 hrs per week: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 / 08:30 - 17:30 (1 Saturday in 3 day off in the week) We are the designated drivers on our brand's journey, we are looking for people to grab the wheel and provide a positive influence for our customers, colleagues and communities.  Our Customer Facing Mechanics are the spreaders of good carma, they are the responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive lasting impression. Are you ready to grab the wheel?  This role is ideal if you are a technician with a desire to move off the tools and move your career forward. It will give you valuable face to face customer service skills that are required for a Workshop Controller or Service Manager.  You will be the first port of call for diagnosing faults with our customer's vehicles using portable diagnostic equipment or road tests where necessary. How will you spread good carma?  You will need to be a confident and experienced mechanic with a professional and friendly manner.You will need a NVQ Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance as well as significant time served in a technical role and experience using diagnostic equipment. You will need a Full UK/EU Driving License for this role. What does good carma get you?
