This position is a remote role, working with our client based in Montreal, Canada. This role is working Outside IR35, The ideal professional will be able to; - Provide material selection advice to component design activities Evaluate the suitability of material design data to specific applications. - Provide guidance of material design data to specific applications. - Provide guidance on application of special processes. - Provide support to component manufacture and process validation - Guide capability acquisition of material design data - Assist with root cause investigation activity - Engineering assessment and selection of manufacture methods and specification to extract maximum value for the gas turbine components. Qualifications - Degree in materials or metallurgy - Experience of manufacturing validation.
