We have an amazing opportunity for a Marketing & Experiential Lead to join the Marketing team at our flagship dealership in Stockport. This is a full time role offering a competitive salary plus car allowance. The Marketing & Experiential Lead will play a pivotal role in the Marketing and Customer Experience Centre and will formulate, drive and shape exciting and forward-thinking Marketing initiatives to elevate the LSH Auto brand. The role will involve planning and executing digital and experiential activations which will encourage loyalty and retention and will set the business apart and promote the USP and values of the business. Benefits: Competitive Pension Scheme - company will pay up to 4% Life Assurance - 4 x salary Cycle to work scheme Perkbox Membership 23 days holiday rising to 25 days after 2 years Staff Car Scheme You will be: * Owning, planning and have full organisation and day to day co-ordination of the internal and external events, communications and partnerships to differentiate LSH Auto and promote the values of the business. * Working alongside the CXC Principal and Marketing team to promote the USP of the business in order to promote loyalty and retention via engaging events, activations and comms. * Maximising all PR opportunities to promote and elevate the values of the business and internally promote the values and culture of the business. * Leading and further developing Customer Loyalty Programmes. * Working actively with colleagues across the business to assess, plan and implement audience specific experiential marketing plans, ensuring a customer focused approach. * Creating and planning digital content. * Planning and reporting to the CXC Principal and The Board on potential brand building activations and partnerships. Using data and analysis to recommend potential new opportunities and marketing initiatives. * Using all digital marketing and social media platforms. You will have: * Degree level education - Preferable * 3 - 4 years experience in Marketing, ideally covering experiential, events and loyalty programs. * People management experience * Good project management and planning skills. * Confidence at liaising internally and externally at all levels
