Job Title: Management Accountant Reporting to: Managing Director Salary: Up to £40,000 Hours: 40 per week (flexible)/ 1 day WFH Benefits: Private Healthcare, Company Car The role of Management Accountant is to operate across two entities of a Vehicle Accessory Company. The key responsibilities for this position include: * Production of the monthly Management Accounts. * Fixed assets and depreciation (acquisition and disposal). * Prepayments. * Accruals. * Bank reconciliations. * Payroll. * VAT Returns. * Balance sheet reconciliations. * Staff management (3 direct reports). * Cashflow forecasting. * Budget preparation. * Stock management and valuation. * Work in progress calculations. * Variance analysis. * Pricing analysis (cost cards). * Point of contact for accountants at year-end. The ideal candidate will have the following skills: * AAT Qualified or Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA * Proven experience in a similar role. * Awareness of budgeting/costing techniques.
