Licencing & Merchandising Manager, Hethel, Norfolk  The purpose of this role is to lead the strategic development and operational implementation of a program that balances brand development and awareness, trademark protection and revenue generation through partnerships and extension programmes. The role encompasses the design, production and retailing of branded merchandise for brand support and consumer sale as well as the development of strategic and revenue generating licensing relationships. Job description  * Agree and deliver the volume and revenue targets for all areas of the licensing and merchandise business * Manage all aspects of the Licensing and Merchandise programme, delivery team and cross-functional support functions * Manage the alignment of branded merchandise and licensed products to the core brand direction and an appropriate balance between brand fit and commerciality * Responsibility and accountability for the overall financial performance of the area setting business targets and reporting KPIs. * Oversee production of business case proposals and manage internal sign-off * Ensure all dealer and internal merchandise requirements are appropriately managed through the licensing and merchandise area * Manage overall approach to our trademarks * Ensure that PR activities and marketing communications opportunities support the delivery of the merchandise revenue plans and that the merchandise and licensing area provides appropriate support for Lotus experiential activities. Knowledge * Management of a brand extension or merchandise programme with multiple internal and external customers and suppliers is essential. * Experience of balancing strategic direction, brand development while delivering sales and revenue targets is also the cornerstone of success within this role. * Great communications and interpersonal skills will be needed to manage internal and external relationships from individual retailer staff to Senior Execs.
