Job Title - LCV Maintenance Controller; Depot Admin

Salary - £26,000 - £28,000 + Bonus

Hours - Mon to Fri Days

My client, a well-established fleet maintenance company with depots across the UK is actively seeing to employ an experienced LCV Maintenance Controller; Depot Admin based out of a depot in the Ilkeston area to work on a full time & permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the smooth management and processing of information relating to the vehicle fleet in the areas of breakdowns, defects, supplier management, cost & recharge control.

Our ideal new team member will have excellent technical knowledge of, as well as previous experience in the workshop. You will also be well organised with practical problem-solving skills.

LCV Maintenance Controller; Depot Admin

Responsibilities

• Updating all vehicle breakdowns & defects following company procedures and guidelines, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
• Manage suppliers and raising of order numbers to ensure our costs are controlled.
• Ensure that all company systems are fully updated with accurate and clear information.
• Manage forward service planning and daily VOR management in line with KPI requirements.
• Effectively plan and organise time to maximise productivity and efficiency for the individual, the workshops, and the customers.
• Ensure that any rechargeable work is notified to the customers following the company procedures and time guidelines.
• Answering incoming calls diligently and project a positive and professional image of the company at all times.

Required Skills

• Ex technician LCV or HGV
