The job; This is a true account management role where you'll be in regular contact with a core group of returning clients to ensure their needs are fulfilled, both pre and post sales. You'll be responsible for managing the customer relationship externally, and internally working with the program management team through the entire process. For example the end to end process for this operation would typically look like RFQ, sales orders, design reviews, production/build, quality and to delivery and any other relevant communication in between, so as you can see it will be a busy role. The company; They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and with some recent key hires in the senior management team they are only heading for an even stronger future. Their product is in great demand globally and they dominate the market share in the Motorsport industry specifically. They do have a presence in the Aerospace, MOD and Marine industries, but have been careful not to take on too much as they are already at capacity with current head count. They have a specially kitted out workshop that you would be proud to show customers which is located conveniently just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre. What's required; Firstly, previous commercial/relationship management experience, this is crucial. Secondly, Motorsport or engineering industry knowledge, this will be key as this will enable you to have credible conversations with the customers.
