Role Reporting to the Director of Investor Relations, you will contribute to the understanding of the company by building trust and confidence within the investor community. As a member of this high profile team, you will be responsible for helping to implement an effective IR programme, covering the company’s capital markets communication. Roles and Responsibilities: * Review broker research, provide factual comments on notes and models and ensure that broker opinion and consensus forecasts are collated * Keep abreast of major issues affecting the investor base * Manage planning and execution of IR programme, including booking meetings, targeting, maintaining the CRM system and organising results presentations and CMDs * Manage IR inbox and research answers to investor queries * Build relationships with buy- and sell-side analysts; Participate actively in non-deal roadshows globally * Develop investor communication materials, including Q&A; draft and compile slides and speaker notes for results and other investor presentations * Monitor peer group activity and industry best practice; contribute new ideas to the running of the Investor Relations team * Draft internal reports, including board packs The candidate must have: * Capital markets experience (banking, buy- or sell-side) * Excellent modeling, analytical and numerical capabilities * Outstanding communication and organisational skills * The ability to write creatively and succinctly * Good commercial acumen * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with peers and senior management * The ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of tight deadlines * Demonstrated ability to be a competitive results-orientated team player Millbank are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons.
