Intergration Manager The EE Process team provide the drum beat for the department, driving the delivery of the programme content and bring the control and governance to change management, including the testing and error tracking function. Lead the EE integration task to deliver the EE integration content on vehicle programmes   Owns the delivery of the FIP for defined programmes Is the technical lead and drum beat of the project Through regular reviews ensures on time delivery (through software release planning) Drives issue resolution and, where required, mitigation plans Represents EE in engineering and technical reviews Directs the workload of the integration team for the given programmesDefines the work package scope for outsourced integration partners   Set objectives & targets for the team Develop and improve the team’s capability and knowledge to ensure best in class deliveryManage the cross functional team to achieve Quality, Cost and Delivery. Builds positive and constructive relationships at all levels and with stake holders, and is aware of others’ needs and uses this to work well together   Experience of automotive software and integration project delivery Knowledge of, or experience in delivering Electrical or Electronics commodities (HD & SW) Knowledge of Product Development cycle from concept to launch completion Knowledge of software/feature fault diagnosis Experience of working in a cross functional team to tackle complex issue resolution Communication and influencing skills Experience of automotive pre-production build environments Experience of Electrical Engineering vehicle fleet support Must be able to manage large workloads in a high-pressure environment and prioritise accordingly   Knowledge of automotive development systems e.g. releasing, concerns, containments, gateways and sign off documentation. Experience of more than one of the following commodities is preferred: infotainment, audio, cluster & displays, tracker & e-call, antennas, switchgear, lighting, camera & PDCs, body electronics, power management, EDS. Supplier management experience. Technical engineering background and a knowledge of using calculation and analysis to drive design. Knowledge of the manufacturing processes to create and assemble components or systems. Knowledge of automotive quality tools and processes. Confident presenter.Potential to demonstrate the required technical & personnel leadership skills required to progress within the Electrical Dept. or other areas of the business Appropriate engineering degree   Effective facilitation and influencing skills. Strong stakeholder management skills. Good problem-solving skills Team player & able to collaborate with others Analytical mindset and critical thinking Builds positive and constructive relationships and is aware of others’ needs and uses this to work well together Works effectively with others to achieve goals e.g. recognises how different contributions and ways of working led to success Notices issues and seeks to address customer concerns.
