Inside Sales Representative £26,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £35k) Wincham Our market-leading client are seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative who can build relationships with customers within the territory.  Industry experience in machinery/parts is preferred but they are open to seeing good, organised salespeople. Outline:           The role of the Inside Sales Representative is to establish communication and maintain regular contact with assigned accounts whilst recognising the customer’s individual needs and presenting a viable solution.  Tasked with parts and service revenue growth and building relationships over the telephone, the ISR will develop customers into regular call cycles and act as a primary point of contact offering advice and support. Main Duties: Manage an existing and grow regional customer database of circa 800 accounts via telephone; update information and develop customer/Blue relationship Parts and Service telephone sales Lead generation and prospect verification -appointment making if applicable for field sales representatives Active promotion of marketing campaigns, promotions and events Effective maintenance relating to call cycles; plan repeat calls to accommodate customer requirements Maintain accurate account details and machine population within database to aid marketing initiatives Promote all aspects of Blue; from machines to customer service agreements etc Become the Account Manager for the customer; suggest support services relevant to their needs and assist personally where possible Skills/Knowledge: BTEC / NVQ or equivalent Experience within a sales environment would be an advantage Professional telephone manner A mechanical aptitude would be advantage but not essential Good PC skills are essential coupled with the ability to learn new systems Understanding of database marketing 2-3 years experience within an engineering environment, preferably automotive, commercial or plant operation Good Computer literacy Good planning and organisational skills Excellent Information seeking skills Good Numerical skills Good communicator Excellent Problem solving Full, Clean Driving Licence Performance Measures : Competently manage calls to both prospect and existing customers Develop strong relationships with assigned customers Achieve set call targets per month Grow parts and services revenue associated to assigned accounts by a set percentage target pa  Demonstrate excellent persuasive and communication skills to ensure positive a outcomes Generate a targeted amount of personally closed/won parts and service revenue To find out more, please apply with an up-to-date CV and someone will be in touch
